By using the Official Nintendo Customer Support service,
you get some great advantages that you won’t find anywhere else.


Free Inspection

A member of our Official Nintendo UK Customer Support team will inspect your console, game or accessory completely free of charge. Once we’ve checked your item over, we’ll let you know whether your repairs are classed as minor or major. We’ll then contact you to confirm whether you’d like us to go ahead with the repair. If your console is in warranty you won’t be charged a penny, and if it isn’t we won’t start any repairs until you say it’s OK.

Free 12 month warranty

As well as fixing your console, game or accessory, we’ll also give you a 12-month warranty. That way, if anything goes wrong, you can send it back to us for repair, free of charge.

Free shipping

We’ll send you a freepost label for your items, so you can send them – and get them back – without spending a penny.

7 working days turnaround

All products under warranty will be repaired and returned to you within 7 days, so you can get back to enjoying your favourite games and features as soon as possible! We’ll also keep you up to date via text or email to let you know how your repair is going.
